All traffic on LeadsGO runs over SSL/TLS/HTTPS, the most common and trusted communications protocol on the internet. Data is backed up regularely and copies are stored at an off-site location for disaster recovery; using the MS Azure platform. More detailed security information is available upon request.
The LeadsGO Web and Mobil App went through detailed security testing with an external party, PenTestPartners (https://www.pentestpartners.com/) summer 2020.
All findings have been adressed and retested by PenTestPartners.
Your data is yours. If you ever want to stop using LeadsGO, you should be able to download your data. LeadsGO features data portability where applicable. We strongly believe in it.
To export your data, contact us for export options: admin@leadsgo.com. Currently, we allow export to JSON, which is a format that lends itself well to LeadsGO's specific data storage model; we also provide other options.
